One said the technician placed stations around the house and basement, sealed several holes and pointed out a possible exterior entry point. That customer had just received treatment and said they had not seen mice at the time of writing. The other said the technician identified and blocked entry points and put bait stations around the basement and exterior; they had not seen mice within two days of treatment. Those reports describe early observations after the visits, rather than a guaranteed long-term result. In a June 2019 review, a customer described an initial assessment followed by a return visit to set traps, along with education about rodent prevention. They said the rodents had been removed from the house. An April 2019 reviewer credited Brad with taking action on rats around the property, explaining the work and providing service within 24–48 hours. Another customer writing that April said the service worker explained and demonstrated the work and answered every question. A separate June 2019 account described a bee-related inquiry. The customer said Blake emailed within 20 minutes of a late-evening request, spoke with them the next morning and used a photograph to identify a honeybee swarm. The reviewer said he referred them to the appropriate people without charging. A May 2019 customer praised the explanation of findings and suggested next steps; another wrote that they were still waiting to learn whether termite elimination would be successful.
