West Oil Company is a fuel delivery business that says it has served the communities of Northern Berkshire and Southern Bennington Counties since 1949. Its website says it delivers to single-family homeowners, multi-family residences, businesses, schools, churches, banks and municipalities, and lists North Adams and Bennington as its service area. On its BBB profile, where it holds an A+ grade, the company describes home heating oil delivery, automatic delivery options, fuel storage and heating system repairs. A 2025 customer praised the courtesy of the woman who took the order and of Scott, who delivered the oil. A recent customer is not happy with how the Rowley acquisition was handled from a customer service perspective, saying they would not allow a rate lock and that the rate "has now ballooned."
Not happy with how the Rowley acquisition was handled from a customer service perspective. They would not allow me lock in my rate, which has now ballooned.
Between the woman taking our order to Scott who delivered the oil, you won't find a more courteous and professional oil company. Highly recommend West Oil.
