We had an excellent experience with Preite Oil Company, and I can’t recommend them enough. On one of the coldest days, we came home to discover a frozen pipe issue in the crawl space—an extremely stressful situation. We made just one call, and to our relief, they arranged an inspection the very same day. The technician arrived promptly, assessed the issue, and didn’t hesitate to go into the crawl space to fix the frozen pipe. Anyone who has a crawl space knows how difficult and uncomfortable it can be to access, especially in freezing temperatures. It was clearly not an easy task, but he handled it professionally and thoroughly. What truly stood out was their quick response time, dedication, and commitment to solving the problem properly. The entire experience—from the initial call to the completed repair—was smooth, reassuring, and handled with care. Preite Oil Company provided amazing, reliable, and excellent service when we needed it the most. A family-run business, I had been ripped off by another company, but in the past 8 years, they have proven to be honest and caring about their customers. They have Come at all hours to fix my furnace and water heater, and it was fixed right. They will soon be installing a new furnace and I am secure that it will be done right. If you need oil or repairs they are the company to call.
