The company says it has been in business for 75 years, and its BBB grade is A+. A 2025 customer described 22 years of service and fuel delivery to their home. A 2024 customer said the company called them to schedule a refill before they got around to it, and thanked Andrea by name. A 2024 customer on the Budget Plan for two years said the fixed monthly payments for the winter worked for them. A 2026 customer wrote that when their debit card was compromised and payment would take a few days, she told them to just call when the card could be run. A recent customer wrote that the company delivered oil after they had emailed with plenty of notice asking it not to fill, and that it acknowledged receiving the email. That customer said they were told it was their problem, given what they called "a lowball offer," enrolled in a finance program for the following year without any discussion, and that no one would return their calls. A 2025 customer said the company was prompt with a site evaluation to install a new propane tank, then stopped responding when it was time to go ahead, despite several voice messages and emails to the technician.
