White's Septic Service says it has served customers in the North Country since 1963, maintaining, pumping and repairing septic tanks, cesspools and pump chambers. A recent Google customer says they easily located the septic tank and installed a riser, making future service easier. In a 2022 review, a customer said White's helped find their septic tank, serviced it and installed a more accessible cap, all in one day, and singled out Adrian and Bob. A 2025 first-time customer said Adrian explained everything and answered every question. A 2022 customer said they contacted the company through its webpage, got a response by the end of the day, and that the worker showed up early or on time and gave an honest opinion of what was happening. A 2022 customer said the company was fully booked a few weeks out and could not help them.
I had a fantastic experience with this company. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They easily located my septic tank and installed a riser for me, making future service so much easier. It's rare to find such great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic work!
Excellent service.
As a first timer I had no idea what to expect. Adrian was so nice, he explained everything and answered every question we asked and we asked a lot of them.
Great service. Reliable hard working. Reasonable with pricing no one will beat them
Thank you for your help!! Started off contacting Whites through their webpage, and received a response back by end of day and scheduled an appointment, hassle free!! Whites showed up early/on time, the gentleman that was here, was very professional, gave me his honest opinion of what’s was happening and performed everything I requested. Couldn’t be happier with Whites service. As long as I live in NEK you have my business. Again thank you for your fast response of my initial contact email and getting to my house as soon as you could.
