SP Pfau LLC is an excavation and site work outfit where customers deal with Sean, and driveways and drainage are much of the work. A recent customer hired Sean to pave a driveway and said he included excavation and grading that fixed a long-standing drainage issue, then seeded and hayed the perimeter. A recent customer whose driveway was nearly washed out said Sean got to it in time, and called his patch, though supposedly temporary, the best work done on it in their 23 years there. A recent customer hired Sean and his team for two projects at a chalet: driveway drainage and erosion control, a natural boulder retaining wall, and a fire pit terrace renovation with curved granite stairs; that customer said both were completed on time and at a fair price. A recent customer said Sean installed a new septic system at their home in Bartlett and kept the site clean and organized. A recent customer in Meredith said Sean did the site work, septic system and a paver patio and walkway at their new house. A recent customer said the removal of their 1,000 gallon buried oil tank was made very easy.
We hired Sean and his team at SP Pfau LLC for two major projects at our chalet, including driveway drainage and erosion control, a natural boulder retaining wall, and a complete fire pit terrace renovation. What really exceeded our expectations was Sean's vision and execution of the design. From the beautiful curved granite stairs and stone fire pit terrace to the thoughtfully placed evergreens, everything blends perfectly with the natural mountain setting. His creativity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship truly transformed our property. Both projects were completed on time, at a fair price, and with outstanding results. Sean was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend SP Pfau LLC!
Sean and his team are top notch! We hired him to pave our driveway and he included excellent excavation and grading that fixed a long standing drainage issue. The driveway came out great, and he even seeded and hayed the perimeter. Sean was really great to work with - highly recommend!!
Sean and his team delivered a quality product in a timely manner and with excellent communication. They take pride in their work and have a high attention to detail. Always available to discuss the project and offered great suggestions to improve our vision . Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
Sean was super responsive and his team did a great job repairing and regrading our driveway.
Saved our driveway! It was nearly washed out entirely and Sean made the effort to get to it before it did. Even though it’s supposedly a temporary patch it’s the best work we have ever had done to it in the 23 years we’ve been here. Thank you Sean Pfau
