Verified record
William W Gould is listed in Methuen under the electrician trade, and the one hard fact attached to the name is a licence. BuildZoom's listing, citing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts E-Licensing Board, shows Massachusetts electrician licence #8229 with an expiration date of 07-31-2004 and a status of Inactive, notes that the status was at one point cancelled, and gives 08-18-2025 as the date it was last verified expired. That is the place to start any conversation here. Ask for a current licence number and confirm its standing with the state before any electrical work is scheduled or any deposit changes hands.
