Williamson Woodcraft LLC describes itself as a full service general contractor with an eye towards the unique and non linear. A 2024 customer said Chad built a second bathroom from the ground up in a larger upstairs bedroom of a cape-style craftsman house, a project that took him about one month and included demo of an existing closet, wallboard, flooring, and installation of cabinets, shower, toilet and vanity. That 2024 customer also said Chad was transparent about supply and labor costs throughout the process. A 2024 customer hired Chad to complete renovations of an 1890's home, including the master bedroom, master bathroom, half-bath/laundry and pantry, and said he was willing to explain and walk them through the processes as first-time homeowners. In 2025, a customer said Chad widened two existing doorways into entryways to the living room, with rounded crescent style openings at the top. A 2025 customer said Chad "knows historical houses and cares about maintaining their heritage." A 2025 customer said Chad brought their pergola dream to life. Floors come into it as well. A 2024 customer said Chad installed new wood flooring in a rental property, communicated on options, pricing and timing, and gave an estimate that customer called very fair. In a 2026 review, a customer said they had hired the company for a basement refinish, a custom living room entertainment area, custom floor-to-ceiling built-in shelving and custom closets. A recent customer said Chad and his crew handled a small repair with care and that the clean-up was spotless.
First time using Williamson Woodcraft LLC and it was great! While it was a small repair, Chad and his crew were professional, very skilled and treated the job with care. Clean-up was spotless. Highly recommend this business.
