For the small mixed jobs around Acton — the list that has been sitting on the fridge since spring — this is the kind of one-man operation that list is for. Everything written about the work is nine years old, so ask for a recent reference or two, and confirm the HIC registration and insurance yourself before he starts, especially for anything electrical that has to pass an inspection.
