Have worked with Wilson for 25 years. Gary and team have stayed cutting edge and old-school people oriented. Their service contracts are ideal for homeowners who want both to care for their heating and cooling systems and to have peace of mind if anything goes wrong. Our high-quality natural gas boiler and heat pump were expertly installed and have been carefully maintained for many years and provide us reliable and comfortable heat and cooling. As we look to renovate, Wilson will be our trusted installer of the latest high efficiency systems.
Customer service beware… Wilson’s installed my furnace several years ago, and then splits for the whole house. What used to be good service is now horrible. Called in November that the split wasn’t working - would shut off after a few minutes. Had to call several times, each time explaining it, was told they would ask Gary but nothing happened. Sent a video, January rolls around, still can’t get them to even look at it. Keep calling, finally they send someone out in February who confirms I need a part they will order. Then nothing again. Was not able to use for entire winter - both upstairs units. Still no response so called again. I was trying to be patient. For some reason, even though I have been a customer for over 15 years, the office person cannot ever figure out who she’s talking to. I state my name every time, and I am the only one in the household she has ever talked to. But every time, she says “I never know who I’m talking to” EVERY time. Perhaps her confusion is because there are 2 female names on the account but she gets nasty and defensive about it. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else, I’ve stated repeatedly who I am and that I am the only one that calls. It’s extremely rude and unprofessional. I can’t evaluate their service this time since they have not made the effort to repair it since November. I like to use the people who installed it for repair, but will finally try someone else - customer loyalty does not matter to them. Do better.
Wilson Services installed a new HVAC system (condenser unit and air handlers) and a new boiler for us in 2025. From start to finish, Gary and his team were responsive, professional, and very thorough in their work. We debated whether to replace our existing AC system or change over to a heat pump unit. Gary took the time to explain the various options so that we could make an informed decision. They performed the work as planned and kept us informed along the way. So far so good! I’m sure they will be equally responsive if and when we need service. I’d certainly recommend Wilson Services to anyone seeking a reliable HVAC service.
I've had a great experience with Wilson Services from the technicians to the folks in the office. Professional, knowledgable, and easy to work with. Gary and his team installed mini-splits for us in 2021. Everything was done as discussed, on time and with no surprises. Wilson services both the mini splits as well as our heating system annually via a service plan. Overall a great service that is easy to schedule and gives me peace of mind. I've recommended Wilson Services to my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.
I regularly recommend Wilson Services, Inc. to friends and neighbors for any type of HVAC maintenance, repair, or replacement. The owner, Gary Wilson, and his office staff are all great about helping customers understand their options. Gary sees his job as not just selling service and systems, but also educating his customers so they can make informed decisions. The office staff have always been very responsive and helpful with questions and scheduling and their follow-up is top notch. Service technicians from Wilson have all been friendly, punctual, and equally willing to answer questions. Overall, everyone at Wilson Services, Inc. is a pleasure to do business with and I give them my highest recommendation.
