Tom Works Heating and Cooling

A 2020 Google reviewer said they had been Tom's satisfied customer for a few years and described him as professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. A 2016 Google reviewer said this provider was sent by American Home Shield Home Warranty for a second visit about a repair on an oil gauge, after the problem was not repaired the first time. That 2016 reviewer wrote that he confirmed the repair was covered, then called a few days later to say they would not pay him because the repair was not covered, and that the reviewer then received his bill. The same 2016 reviewer said they had no choice but to pay because they did not want a mechanic's lien on the house, and would never allow him in the house again.
