- Whole-home rebuild — 2015 review describes permits through certificate of occupancy

- Cost — a 2015 review called them expensive
Windermere Group Inc is a Concord, MA general contractor; a 2015 Houzz review names it as headed by John and Pat Austin of Concord, MA. In that 2015 review, a homeowner said Windermere Group was with them every step of the way as they rebuilt their home, from planning with the architects and arranging all the permits with the town, including asbestos abatement, Dig-Safe considerations and digging the new foundation, to the final inspections and certificate of occupancy. The same 2015 review said John and Pat were at the site every day over the 9-month building process, checking and managing the subcontractors. That 2015 reviewer also called them expensive, while adding that they did not see how they could have managed the entire project without them.

Windermere Group was with us every step of the way as we rebuilt our home, from planning with the architects, arranging all the permits with the town, including asbestos abatement, Dig-Safe considerations, digging the new foundation, etc. to the final inspections, certificate of occupancy. 4. John and Pat were at the site every day over the 9 months building process, checking and managing the subcontractors, overseeing everything to the smallest detail. 5. They were very professional and were available to help out with any problems that arose. 6. They were expensive but overall we do not see how we could have managed the entire project without them.
