Brad and his team have done multiple projects at our house over the years and they always deliver! They just completed an outdoor covered pavilion near our pool and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. We didn't have an architect or even a real plan just an idea and Brad helped us realize this vision. He also took on some smaller projects for us and fit us in between his other larger projects. He always finds time to get things done. They are extremely professional, great communication from start to finish. We highly recommend MEF Contracting.

Brad and team took on a complex master bed/bathroom project with very specific green insulation requests in walls and floor. At every turn MEF was customer focused, curious, competent, problem solving and exceedingly organized/communicative. We have worked with loads of contractors and Brad and team were by far the most professional and exceptional.

MEF recently completed two projects for us and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Working with MEF—especially Brad, Charlie, Paul & Brian—was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. One standout moment was how they navigated a few tricky challenges with our dining room cabinetry—it could have been a real headache, but they handled it seamlessly. The timing on the bathroom project was also incredible; everything was perfectly coordinated and right on schedule. We’re especially grateful that Brian was able to repair a long-standing issue with our powder room vanity. Discovering water behind the wall could’ve meant a much bigger problem down the line, and thanks to MEF’s attention to detail and problem solving, we avoided that entirely. We truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality of work throughout. We love how both spaces turned out and look forward to working with MEF again on our next project!

MEF renovated two of our bathrooms in 2023. They were always very cognizant of the impact their works would have on our home lives and communicated any disruptive works or utility outages in advance, which allowed us to continue working from home throughout. Any concerns or uncertainties were always proactively dealt with by our main contact Charlie, and we always felt listened to and that the issues were resolved - this included them sourcing a trusted roofer on our behalf to address an existing issue. The quality of work is high, especially from Brian who is very detail oriented. We also know they will stand behind their work. Our spaces are great, thanks Brad and Charlie.
