Window World of Western Massachusetts

Window World of Western Massachusetts is a Window World franchise based in Westfield. Its website says it sells and installs replacement windows, entry and patio doors, siding, garage doors, gutters, roofing and skylights across western Massachusetts from showrooms in Belchertown, Westfield and Adams, and describes itself as locally owned. It holds MA home improvement contractor licence 165641, active on the state registry. On a recent siding, windows and gutter project, all crews arrived on schedule, kept the customer informed of progress and promptly flagged any issues that arose. A roof was rebuilt and insulated after ice dams by a team led by Justin that cleaned up every day. A window installation team led by Ariel arrived at 8am, put plastic and drop cloths everywhere, cleaned up before leaving, and finished with a final walk-through of how the windows and doors worked. One customer had a leaking bulkhead door replaced, then a new door and frame to the garage, then soffits and leaf-guards installed on the gutters. In a 2026 review, a customer who had paid over $8,000 for doors wrote that the company would not stand behind its product when the storm door screen had a problem. In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that the wrong door was delivered and the replacement door did not work properly. In a 2024 review, a customer wrote that a salesperson said "well clearly you're on a budget." One Reddit commenter wrote that Window World did the upstairs of their 1918 house, including 2 other windows in the house, for $8800: "you are limited to their stock but they were fast and did a good job." A Reddit commenter who used Window World for windows, then siding and roof, wrote "they messed up a few things, but they always fixed things." In a 2026 Reddit comment, one person wrote "I regret purchasing from Window World" and said they had peeling on their windows. In a 2023 Reddit comment, one person wrote that Window World "didn't back any of their install labor" and that the windows began leaking after 18 months. A 2026 news article reported that Window World of Western Massachusetts donated over $100,000 worth of labor and supplies to install a new roof at the Belchertown Fire Department.
