In a recent review, a customer wrote that TJ responded quickly, showed up on time and walked them through exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it, with the work completed faster than expected. Another recent customer in Franklin wrote that the technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with clear explanations, and made sure everything was working before leaving. A recent 3-star review is mixed: he came out on a Sunday and changed a 1" valve, but had one blow out that got water all over the boiler room, and the customer wrote that he never stopped talking and complaining. In a 2022 review, a customer wrote that their sewer line backed up in December 2021 and TJ got to the property at 7PM the same day they called, then cleared out the sewer line with his team. In 2021, TJ came out within a couple hours to an emergency with water pouring out of a laundry room light and toilets backed up; he unclogged a pipe, repaired a leak and came back for 3 days straight. In 2024, TJ and Sue helped a customer with the installation of an EasyWater water treatment system. There are serious complaints as well. In 2025, a customer wrote that after he winterized their home in the fall, he did not finish turning the water back on in May, that their calls went unreturned for over 3 months, and that the home was left without water for 4 months; they blamed the winterization for damage to the plumbing, heating pipes and boiler. In 2022, another customer wrote that he arrived very late, became rude when asked to come the next day, and slammed their doors on the way out.
We had a plumbing emergency last night with water pouring into the basement. It was my first experience with plumbers who offer 24 hour service, and I found out the hard way that most of them don’t really have a human on the other end of the line… Just an AI chatbot that puts you on hold. What a great experience with TJ! A relief to have an actual human being willing to talk to me at midnight and talk me through how to at least stabilize the situation until he could get parts and come and help us first thing in the morning. He did everything he said he would do, putting us to the top of the priority list, even though we had never worked with him before, and he solved the problem and gave us a fair price. A great guy with a great service.
I can’t say enough great things about TJ! He responded quickly, showed up on time, and tackled the job like a true professional. What impressed me most was how he took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. The work was neat, thorough, and completed faster than expected. You can tell TJ genuinely takes pride in what he does. Zero stress, and a job done perfectly. This is the only plumber I’ll be calling from now on. Thank you, TJ!
He did the work and came out on a Sunday so that was good. He had one blow out and got water all over the boiler room (and myself) but not end of the world. He never stopped talking and complaining about the “kids these days”. Everything about my boiler system was done wrong according to him. Kept claiming he was the best etc. would have paid him an extra 100$ to finish the job in silence. Besides all that he was successful in changing my 1” valve.
