Wolf Rock Construction

Wolf Rock Construction describes itself as a full-service southern New Hampshire builder run by Ken Spacht of Mason, doing custom homes, additions, decks, garages, barns, roofing, siding, remodeling, painting and excavation. The company says Ken Spacht started a plowing business in 2004 with one truck and four driveway customers, and that he and Courtney Spacht established Wolf Rock Companies in 2018. A 2024 customer said they hired Wolf Rock to build a detached garage, that Ken met all of their specific requests, and that the project was on time and on budget with good craftsmanship. A 2023 Reddit commenter on r/newhampshire wrote that a friend was having them build a house and had only positive things to say about the process. A recent Google customer says the company could not follow the blueprints while building a unit for them and left the job incomplete. That customer says Wolf Rock hired the most expensive companies, which the customer had to pay for, and that the job ended up costing more than twice the original quote.
