Worcester Cleaning

A basement with 30-plus years of accumulation was the job one Worcester Cleaning customer described in a November 2025 Google review. Eddie and a colleague worked continuously and finished within the allotted time; the customer also called Marguerite responsive and helpful. The company says it provides residential house cleaning and infection cleaning in Worcester. Marguerite's communication matters to customers alongside the cleaning itself. A May 2026 reviewer, who had switched after a rough experience with another cleaning company, praised her transparency about pricing and hours and said the staff left the home looking much nicer. A June 2025 reviewer praised communication and said Marguerite and her staff made sure the customer was happy with their work. Google lists a 5-star average from 36 ratings. Some customers described cleaning jobs they had found difficult to manage themselves. In a May 2024 review, a pregnant customer with a toddler and pets said illness had made it hard to keep up with housework. They described the cleaners as friendly and patient, said the house had never looked so clean, and credited the visit with relieving their stress. A December 2023 reviewer described a basement cleaning after mice had left nesting material and droppings, praising the thorough work and the improvement in appearance and smell. An August 2023 customer described two cleaners working together over two days, maintaining professional boundaries during a cleaning the customer felt uncomfortable having strangers witness. In a May 2022 review, another customer said Marguerite's team cleaned the house and garage from top to bottom before a move, with competitive pricing. An April 2022 reviewer reported two thorough house cleanings arranged at very short notice. A customer writing in October 2021 said a deep cleaning, gifted by their sister while their husband was ill, made their small home feel clean and inviting. The cleaners worked around four barking dogs and added touches such as folded toilet paper and arranging the daughter's bed. That customer described Marguerite as accommodating and easy to work with.
