Roof replacements and siding projects are the jobs customers describe for MTS Siding and Roofing LLC, the Spencer business identified on the HomeAdvisor profile associated with Worcester Roofing. Customers name Matt as the owner. HomeAdvisor reports a 4.9-star average from 28 ratings and lists roofing, siding, gutters and windows among the company's services. The written customer accounts run from 2020 through 2024. In a November 2024 review, a homeowner described an $18,000 roof project: Matt explained the options during a free estimate, work started within a couple of weeks, and the roof was completed in a day. The customer said the quoted price was the amount paid and praised protection of windows and bushes and the cleanup. Another November 2024 reviewer described a new roof that had been installed six months earlier, with no issues since. That customer said the quote included chimney flashing and drip edge and that the crew finished the installation the same day. Communication mattered to several customers writing in November 2024. One said Matt sent progress pictures or had the crew pause when something unexpected arose so the customer knew what to expect. A siding customer described detailed explanations, quick replies to calls or texts and a job that began and ended when promised. Another customer said the crew protected gardens, showed the damage and cleaned up the nails afterward. Siding and gutter work also appear in customer accounts. A November 2024 reviewer described having the whole house resided, a leaf-guard gutter installed and four exterior vents painted. The company waited for financing to come through before proceeding. A December 2024 customer was pleased with the work but wished the light boxes matched the siding's shade. One November 2024 reviewer returned to MTS after damage they attributed to a solar-panel installer. The customer said Matt explained the work, was available on the day it was done, and the crew completed the roof and cleaned up carefully. In a January 2021 review, another homeowner described a roof replacement and gutter guards, praising communication and reporting that the installation took one day.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Worcester Roofing. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.

Everything went great. The only thing I wish differently was the boxes for the lights to be the same shade of color as the siding.
We contacted Matt based on rave reviews of his work by a neighbor. Our neighbor was absolutely correct. Matt explained every aspect of the work in detail. He was clear and patient. The job started and ended when he said it would. The siding crew was excellent and hard working. Matt ALWAYS responded to my text or call within minutes. We are thrilled with how our home looks. I would hire Matt for any job in the future. Truly exceptional!!
The first roof they put on was absolutely beautiful, till a solar company came out and in stallled panels decided they did it incorrectly never flashed the holes and other damage from them occurred I then called MTS siding and roofing to come out and estimate the damage I called them because the first experience was great ! He immediately came out an estimate that I found very reasonable was given I believe that following week they were here and ready to work very polite Matt the owner of MTS made himself available that very day the work was being done he explained in detail what would be done which I thought was great it put my mind at ease The crew and foreman were there bright and early on time they were all so polite and happy which made me feel better I knew they wanted to work and was ready for the task at hand they worked efficiently and in a timely manor after the roof was done they were meticulous in the cleanup leaving the property as it looked before hand The nice touch was that if I had any concerns Matt the owner. Was only a phone call away I thought that was very personable the Forman was great too he helped in the cleanup they worked as a team . And my roof looks great ! I was very pleased with the whole experience but then again I knew I would be they were great the first time around !
