Worcester Sewer and Drain Cleaning

I highly recommend working with Andrew! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. We had a clogged pipe and our toilet was backing up into our house. Of course it was a Saturday and a holiday but Andrew was at our house in just a couple hours to diagnose the problem and get us back to working order so our plumbing was usable until he could come back in a few days to fix the actual problem. We just bought our house but he reassured us that he would take care of everything which made us, as new panicked homeowners, feel like we were in good hands. Some of what he did for us was outside the scope of his services but it was greatly appreciated! You can really tell that he takes pride in his work and that’s hard to find!

Andrew went beyond the original request to clear a toilet that had gotten clogged with protein powder, and also fixed brief problems with the other two toilets in the house. He knew what to do with each problem, had the tools to fix them quickly but thoroughly, and charged the excellent flat rate that he’d quoted for just the clog clearing. He accommodated our schedule, and cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend Andrew at Central Mass Drain Cleaning (AKA Worcester County Drain Cleaning).

Andrew was so professional and kind. He was right there when I needed him and that was a big plus for me. His work was very efficient and everything was fixed right away. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I will be using him in the future!

Andrew was the man who did the work. I showed him where it was he talked and walked me through what needed to be done and what he was going to do. He was delaying at first but given the traffic and there was a lot of fog and he did message me he was on his way. He was kind he did his work, cleaned up and was very knowledgeable of plumbing which is extremely important! I would call on him again if I needed more plumbing to be done in our home!
