Xquisite Landscaping isn't really a homeowner's landscaper. The Stoughton firm builds commercial landscapes — plantings, hardscape, irrigation, green roofs, hydroseeding and erosion control — for general contractors and commercial property owners, and its Procore listing names commercial, industrial and institutional sectors with no residential work at all. Its own site says the company was established in 2006 and is family-owned and operated, and states SDO/PBE certification. BBB dates the business earlier, to 2002, and lists David Romeiro as president alongside a related company, Romeiro's Landscape Management. The credentials it publishes point at large-project work: certified LiveRoof installer working with Roof Meadow, supervisors and installers carrying 40-hour OSHA training, a 2022 Highwire safest-contractors gold award, and design awards from the Boston Society of Landscape Architects in 2016 and AGCMA's Build New England in 2015. Its BBB grade is A+, though it is not BBB accredited. Customer accounts are scarce. Eleven Google ratings average 4.3, and the one written account on file is a December 2025 complaint about driving rather than workmanship — a motorist reported company truck 2104 swerving across lanes on I-93 north and cutting them off. For a homeowner after lawn care or a backyard patio, this is the wrong shop. For a general contractor bidding a commercial site, the safety record and green-roof certification are the useful part; ask for recent project references, because very little about the finished work is public.
