Y- LONGZZ CONSTRUCTION

All nine reviews Y- Longzz Construction has collected — six on Google, three on Houzz — are five stars, and they describe the same kind of work: a house taken apart and put back together. The Quincy company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #209250, is active on the state registry, held by Derek Feilong Zhang, and Derek is the name most reviewers use for the person running their job. The specifics come from one busy stretch. In October 2023 a customer had a house in Hingham remodeled; another that month wrote about a kitchen and a deck they wanted to sit in every day, and a landlord's Houzz review the same month said the rental house was rented out quickly after the renovation. A November 2023 Houzz reviewer said the team added a new bathroom to their home, and a December 2023 customer hired Derek to remodel a basement, writing that he handled the problems that came up. The most recent, from March 2024, says the team "designed a very warm house for me". Houzz shows 18 projects and lists a Construction Supervisor licence, CSFA-106623, alongside the registration; its service list runs from kitchens and baths to additions, decks, basements, flooring and tile. A good fit for a homeowner planning a full renovation or an addition rather than a single small repair. Confirm registration #209250 and the CSFA-106623 number on the state's registers, ask to see a couple of recent local projects, and get the scope and schedule in writing before anyone starts.
