OMG..THE BEST! Ben is the kindest person, he is smart, knowledgeable, on time, transparent, effective, & efficient. Best contractor I've ever encountered. My experience with him today put me fears at ease about hvac contractors. He came early, he asked me questions about the furnace and he worked quietly, and efficiently. He explained everything so that i could understand- which is important to me as I am not savvy in hvac lingo. He even checked my warranty status as I need a part for future work. He was honest & gave me upfront pricing. He was a God send, because of prior issues with other hvac contractors my confidence was at a low. But speaking with Ben, and him taking time to go over everything has restored my comfort level when dealing with contractors. he will definitely be my go to guy for my hvac services. Pricing is fair, service was excellent! He is just a wonderful human being! Thank you Ben!

The owner / operator Ben is my new HERO!!! We recently had a new furnace installed by another Large well known HVAC company that left us in the lurch with mal function issues, and shoddy workmanship. I will refrain from naming names at this time. They were over charging us arms and legs! Ben showed up and solved what could have lead to big problems in less than 2 hours. Saved us a bundle on work that we were clearly being miss lead about by the installing company. I regret ever doing business with them and wish that I found YBC Air’s listing first! And Ben was completely fair and honest about his pricing. Truly an experienced stand up gentleman. YBC will be my first phone call for all of our future HVAC needs! I can’t say enough good things about this company!!!

Ben is an outstanding and professional HVAC technician. He is true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable of his industry. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and went over options and costs of our repair. He has a character that immediately builds trust as a customer. Moreover, he quickly responded to my initial call when our AC stopped working during our first heat wave of the year. He was also great and communicating during the entire process as we waited for a part to be ordered until he completed the installation. He was on time and worked extremely efficiently given the heat and confines of the work are in the attic. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone who still values true customer service. He will be our new go to professional for maintenance and servicing of our system! I highly recommend YBC Air for all your HVAC needs!
