A recent customer whose R-22 AC system sprang a leak after 37 years said Alliance arranged an electrician to work alongside its own team and had an engineer measure the attic for the additional ductwork. That customer said the team arrived at the agreed time and wore shoe covers inside, and that Alliance did not submit the lowest estimate. A recent customer said Alliance repaired their central air system and prepped their natural gas boiler, scheduling each within about two weeks of contact. A recent customer in Greenwich said Alliance restored their air conditioning in one day and handled the permitting. A recent customer said Dustin, the sales contact, stopped by during the installation to check on it. A 2025 customer said a repair technician tracked down the parts needed to get a stopped furnace running. Repair Boiler
Alliance has helped us out with both repairing our Central Air System and prepping our Natural Gas Boiler this year. Both technicians were very professional and personable. They were also helpful and open in explaining what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. Alliance was also very accomodating with timing of service and scheduling the services each within about two weeks of me getting in contact with them, which was very much appreciated, considering I got in contact with them during some of their busiest parts of the year (mid-July and mid-September). At the end of the day, I will continue using them and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
Everyone I've dealt with at Alliance has been fantastic. Responsive, friendly, professional, fully committed to getting their job done, and capable of doing it. Their on-site techs are always respectful of our space, and work quickly and efficiently. We recently had a particularly tricky problem with one of our rooftop units and Alliance got it fixed. They respond to requests and questions quickly and knowledgeably.
Very professional. Did an HVAC replacement in our home and the team was great. We used to do business with another firm, and have switched to Alliance for ongoing maintenance. They are extremely responsive and do excellent work. We are very happy with Alliance.
After 37 years of service, the R-22 AC system in our home sprang a leak. We compared a fair few estimates and decided Alliance was the best fit us. Dustin (our contact) was able to reassure us that the install would meet current building regulations, the company would employ an electrician who would work with them (many of the other companies we considered said we would have to arrange this separately) and an experienced engineer, Gerry, would examine the attic space and measure up for the additional ductwork required. Given the age of the old system it turned out that simply switching old for new was not straightforward. The team from Alliance: Mike, Dennis, Jenny and Erickson and Abraham from National Electrical were fantastic. They arrived at the time agreed, were polite and answered all the questions we had. Unforeseen issues with the electrics were quickly resolved. They treated our property with respect: shoe covers worn inside and lawns cleared of the rubbish created during the day. Alliance did not submit the lowest estimate but the premium was worth it for peace of mind.
