After another company said I needed a new central air unit which would take 8 to ten weeks to get being an oddball size, I called Gordon. The next day they came out at the scheduled time. Howard the technician was great. Friendly and knowledgable who also teaches new hires. He worked on the compressor, and I had air the same day, saving me the quoted $10000 expense of a new unit. In the middle of a heatwave, they took care of me in a day even though I had never used their service before. A plus service I'm recommending to all my friends.

I needed my AC fixed in the summer and they were able to do that however the employee must have made a mistake with the wiring because now my heat isn’t working. I called the company and the person on the phone was so rude, yelling on the phone and hung up on me. After I was hung up on I called again and they didn’t answer me. 0/10 for customer service.

Howard came to diagnose an AC issue in my home. Unlike other techs who came and simply said the system is old and out of commission, Howard took the extra care to investigate the root issue, even coming back an extra day to run additional tests. His thoroughness and patience is well appreciated.
