In a 2020 HomeAdvisor review, a customer described the installation day: Bill, the business owner, was at the house early setting up, and within a couple hours the new pool was in and already being filled with water. That 2020 customer also wrote that Nikki, on the phone, had the planning and prep work laid out ahead of time. A customer writing on Google this year says Bill and his crew were very helpful with the whole process and did excellent work. On Google it holds 4.3 stars from 11 ratings.

What a GREAT Experience, from start to finish! I mean the communication during the planning process, was polite and to the point, not to mention the young lady, Nikki, I dealt with over the phone had all the information and prep work all laid out for me; Made it painless and Easy. Day of the the installation; Business Owner, Bill was to my house early already setting up for success! I spoke with him briefly and within a couple hours, My NEW Pool just appeared and was already being filled with water! I can't stress enough how shocked I was at how easy and quick this entire experience was! I was so excited that Night I call all my Grand kids over for a pool party the very next day! THANK YOU BCU Enterprises for a Job well done, that will be making family memories for the years to come!
