We feel so fortunate to have worked with David Zander on our kitchen renovation. His custom woodworking shop is amazing and the craftsmanship and artistry that he and his workers bring to the design and production of millwork and cabinetry is best in class. He was on time and on budget, delivering the highest quality cabinets, doors and shelving. I hired David to make a coffee table for my living room. From start to finish, he did a fantastic job. He asked me to send him sample pics to reference when discussing what i wanted. We went over the pics and crafted our own design, included the specific wood to be used in the process. The project was completely on time and on cost and basically it turned out beautifully. With a hemlock top and oak legs, the table is elegant and sleek while still retaining a measure of rough-hewn-ness that I was going for. David did a great job.

So, first you should know, I'm not a raver by nature. In fact, I'm fairy distrusting. That said, David Zander of Zander Woodworks is an anomaly. He's honest, meticulous, talented, precise, and, honest again. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I hired Zander Woodworks to design and create my daughter's (12 years) art/office room. What I loved was David Z asked my daughter what she wanted and liked! Every time I walk by her room, I am HAPPY! It is colorful, beautiful, and an expression of my daughter. The work, the detail is nothing short of someone who deeply cares about his work. David is an artist!
