Very unprofessional. Mr. Lou Zanelli consistently missed his own committed deadlines. Project that was supposed to be delivered in 5 weeks took 6 months. Eventually we had to hire an attorney asking Mr. Zanelli to finish the project in a specified timeframe or refund all our advance payments.
