Zir Contracting is a very pleasant and professional company. They replaced the threshold on our front door and seamlessly added a new piece of wood to an older door frame. They were very reliable and responsive in communication. They were neat and very pleasant. I will be working with them again on future projects.

Had Ben and his crew take care of some patchwork on my stucco and i swear you could not see where it was done! They also installed a beautiful deck for a really reasonable price. I would absolutely use them again for my next home project

Happy to recommend ZIR Contracting! I had two windows replaced and one new window installed in a formerly blank wall. Ben was great to work with from start to finish. He was able to explain the work well when I first met him, and his team did solid work on the rough framing. They also did a great job of trimming out and painting that new window to match the others on the exterior. My upstairs neighbors were happy with the result, too! The new window came a bit unfinished from Marvin on the interior, and Ben finished out the part I was unhappy with. A few other small things I pointed out he addressed. All along the way he answered many questions and helped me make some aesthetic decisions. His crew did a good job clearing up both inside and out, were efficient, and the budget was reasonable for the work. I would definitely hire ZIR Contracting again.

Ben and his crew replaced my front porch while keeping the original historic look. Ben was great to work with from start to finish and his guys were skilled professionals keeping the site safe and clean everyday. They even took my house shutters down to sand and paint.
