GDS Constructions

On Google, GDS Constructions holds a 5-star average from 21 ratings, and several reviewers mention working directly with Glaydson. The company calls itself a general construction and renovations business, reachable directly by phone or email, and its reviews are built almost entirely around bathroom and kitchen remodels rather than small repairs. The details repeat across those reviews: Glaydson and his crew show up on time, cover the floors and countertops before starting, and clean up as they go. In a 2024 review, a customer called him quite possibly the cleanest contractor they'd ever met, describing the crew vacuuming up each evening while retiling a shower and coordinating a bathtub reglazing. In a 2025 review, another customer described a bathroom rebuilt to be more accessible for their father, finished in under two weeks. And in a 2023 review, a customer described the crew spending a full day tiling a 22-foot kitchen backsplash without a break, after covering the hardwood floors and granite countertops first. The reviews run from 2023 to this past July, when the two most recent describe a full home remodel and another bathroom job, and pricing comes up more than once as a plus — reviewers from 2023 on have called it affordable or reasonable rather than the cheapest option. In a 2024 review, one customer said a co-worker's referral is what brought them in, and in a 2025 review, another described hiring Glaydson a second time and getting the same professionalism as the first. GDS Constructions is a solid call for a bathroom or kitchen remodel where a clean job site and someone who shows up on schedule matter. Confirm current licensing and insurance directly and put the timeline and scope in writing before work starts — the jobs described here range from a single day of tile work to a full home remodel.
