Zachariah was very easy to work with. He finished the project in my timeline and was always on the job when he said he was going to be. He did his work in a professional manor and the price was competitive. I will be hiring him for another bath remodel in the future.

Do you have a one bedroom

This is going to sound like I'm getting paid. My experience was really fabulous. Zacarias arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would (and more), cleaned up daily and made me feel like the major problem he addressed was going to be completely solved. I had a structural engineer come to my house and he and Zacarias discussed the issue and potential solutions. It was ZMH's idea that the engineer agreed was the best option. That extensive work was done with amazingly little disruption, considering walls and ceilings were taken down. While he and his assistant were here, I felt at ease both in terms of the work being done and in having them in my home. The work quality is outstanding. I already asked ZMH to come back to take on a renovation of my kitchen - I have to wait now, since his reputation has him busy for a while. Totally worth that wait.

The project, rebuilding our second floor bathroom, went well from start to finish. Steps were taken every day to prevent dust and dirt from getting around our house. When they were demolishing walls, they bagged all wallboard and other materials as they were carried it out, to prevent the spread of dust and dirt throughout the house. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all the trades and worked to achieve perfection in every aspect of the project. He checked with us when he had any questions about the products or materials we had chosen. He discussed tile patterns with us and spent significant time sorting and arranging the 24 square tiles to achieve the most pleasing arrangements possible. He made sure all the finishing details were completed. The project went smoothly from start to finish. We appreciate all his planning and effort. We Love Our New Bathroom

I could not be happier with my experience with ZMH! First and foremost the quality of the work was superb. Zacarias was attentive to every detail and was very communicative on all decisions. He was also reliable and professional and always kept the work area clean at the end of each work day. I would definitely recommend Zac for any bathroom remodel, you will not be disappointed.
