Zoom Disposal

A 30-yard dumpster arrived 45 minutes after one customer called Zoom Disposal, according to a May 2026 Google review. The customer described a narrow driveway and praised the driver's precise placement without property damage, along with competitive prices and an easy pickup. Zoom is based in Framingham and advertises roll-off dumpster rentals in MetroWest for homeowners, contractors, and property managers. Its stated coverage also includes Boston, Cambridge, and other Massachusetts communities. Other spring 2026 customers described similarly straightforward rentals. One needed a 20-yard dumpster delivered to Boston on short notice and said it arrived the same day, shortly after ordering. A first-time renter praised quick replies by text and smooth delivery and pickup. An April reviewer ordered a 10-yard dumpster, filled the delivered container to its 15-yard mark, and paid the difference; they described the price as reasonable and pickup as prompt. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 1,060 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. One February 2026 customer praised online ordering, quick delivery, and pickup the next business day after finishing. That review also described getting the container in and out of a narrow driveway “with a scuff.” Residential trash pickup drew a different response in a June 2025 Wellesley Reddit thread. A poster said they switched to Zoom for $45 a month, then received an email a week into service saying Gastaldo had bought Zoom's residential pickup and the rate would rise to $60 by July 1. The thread's follow-up praised the week's reliable service, bin delivery, and customer service, while objecting to the rapid increase. These were the customer's account of that transition. Zoom's website separately advertises 24/7 emergency service.
