Verified record
Zorzy Electric Inc is a Lynn-based, family-run business (Gary G. Zorzy is named as owner, with Christopher and George Zorzy also listed) that holds an active Massachusetts electrical business license, verified against the state registry. Its actual permit record tells a different story about day-to-day work: BuildZoom shows 543 permitted projects, and the sampled jobs cover vinyl and cedar siding, replacement windows, skylights, entry doors and roofing across Marblehead, Danvers, Beverly, Peabody, Wakefield, Manchester and Charlestown. For siding, window, door or roofing work, the permit volume here is substantial. For electrical work specifically, the license is active, but every one of the sampled permits on file is exterior work rather than electrical - worth asking directly about recent electrical jobs before hiring for that side of the business.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Zorzy Electric Inc. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
Standard receptacle swaps — a new dedicated circuit is a bigger job ($350–$750).
Flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers — hung on existing boxes.
Estimated range
$530 – $1,100
Typical electrical project around $820
