1907 Builders

1907 Builders, working out of Lowell, is categorized on Thumbtack as a carpentry and general contracting outfit, though the only work its two on-file reviews describe is roof replacement. In a pair of reviews posted the same week in May 2024, customers described full roof jobs: one had an entire roof stripped and replaced in a single day, with the crew taking care to protect a patio cover in the process; another had a leaking commercial building roof torn off and replaced with a new rubber one in three days, at what the customer called a good price, finishing earlier than promised. Thumbtack lists the business at 6 years in business with a passed background check, but the written record here is limited to those two reviews from the same week — there isn't yet a longer or more varied history to point to. For a roofing job specifically, the two accounts on file are detailed and positive; for other carpentry or general contracting work, there's nothing yet to go on, so it's worth asking directly about relevant experience before booking.
