I called for an emergency service and heard back from Ross quickly. He spent extra time on the phone providing details and information on what needed to be done. Nick came out first thing the next morning and installed a new water heater quickly. Nick was informative, professional, and clearly cared about his job and his clients. Because of this service, I signed up for the yearly service program with 3R.

I received an A/C tune up with Nick who did a thorough job and also inspected the furnace. He was on time and went above and beyond by really explaining everything he found. He took pictures and we discussed upgrades to keep system running for years to come. There was no pressure, just information. He provided a written report within an hour of his visit. Highly recommended this company.

Ross spent a lot of time with us explaining what needed to be done to replace our furnaces and the A/C systems, and he and his team (Nick, Yaz, Marc, Brian and Mitch) began the work just two days later. They worked efficiently, thoroughly and carefully; they answered any questions we had; and they left the area as clean as they found it. We are very happy with the personal and professional service and we highly recommend them. When 3R returned in April to set up the A/C systems, they encountered some difficulties but, through perseverance and ingenuity, Marc was able to solve the problems and complete the set-up. We are very pleased with the result.
