I have an old house with three different systems (one traditional natural gas, and two heat pump) from three different brands. Josh figured it all out, and figured it out quickly, including on the Hisense system he was not familiar with (with a Hisense tech on the phone). Diagnosing and fixing two separate issues, including required parts for both, cost me less than $1K. What a great experience, and a great find.

We had an issue with our heat pump and couldn't get the installer to come out and fix it. After talking to our neighbor who had Josh fix their heat last winter during a cold snap and came highly recommended. So glad we got his name because him and his son came right out, very clean and professional and most importantly honest about the work that needed to be done. Since then we have hired Josh for other plumbing work in the house and he has been a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good about these guys. Its hard to find reliable contractors these days.
