A Action Appliance Repair

The interaction was not customer friendly. They interrupted every other word. I was told they did not have any appointments available for three days while telling men that I needed to pay $200 after explaining to me their prices without telling me this monetary requirement. Due to this behavior, I asked for a supervisor or manager. Not in until Monday. I my opinion. I would not recommend.

Not a good experience… came to my home last year to look at our dryer, the dryer was making a noise. Informed me the dryer motor was bad, and it was dying. He was sure. Quoted me for a part, but repair made no sense at all due to the fact that we could buy a new one for almost the same cost. Fair enough. Paid the service fee. 2 days later the noise went away. Called them, asking how they can say something is dying and it magically fixes itself. They had no explanation, and did not agree to return any of my money, which is what I wanted. Dryer is STILL RUNNING. a full year later. I can’t go back to them again. They misdiagnose.

Based on the reviews, I was really hoping to be wowed, but everything was just okay. I called on a Sunday and got an AI that took my info. That was pretty neat but still prefer a human. Someone later texted me to confirm an appointment. It was four days later. I was hoping for sooner availability. The tech and his trainee did not wear shoe covers in my house. They were quick to diagnose my clothes dryer's issue, but the cost was as much as a new dryer. After they left, I went to turn off the basement lights and saw that my dryer was still pulled away from the wall and dryer lint was all over my rug. I suppose it's not a big deal since the unit was essentially trash, but tidying up a little would have been AAA service. Later that day, I received a call from their sales person about a new dryer. I had minor issues with the delivery (delivery personnel would not install the dryer vent... come to find out it was not long enough when I tried to install it myself) and had a question after the delivery, but the sales guy stopped responding after the sale was made. He could have forwarded me to someone who could answer my question instead of ghosting me. Overall, it was just okay. I would call here for repairs but I would get my appliances elsewhere. I filled out a survey on their website with my experience as well.

Garrett was extremely knowledgeable, had every tool necessary to accomplish the job, and had my stove working again within 30 minutes. Very friendly, very helpful, would absolutely recommend and use again.

Fantastic company to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy and the technician Christian was absolutely amazing. Got incredibly lucky and that the technician was in the neighborhood and was at the house within 30 minutes. Better yet he had the required part with him. Would most certainly highly recommend and will use this company again if needed.
