Dmitriy and his team did an amazing job with a new plumbing system in my house remodel - they were able to work around the existing house structure to install things just how we wanted them, and constantly communicated work plans and listed to my requests and questions. We had a bad leak in basement coming from water heater. We called Direct plumbing service. He came over soon after call and gave us estimate on what it needed. It was a free estimate which is great , not like other companies which charged a high fee. He was here the next morning and had it all fixed in a good timely manner. They were very good about telling you everything that was going on.Cleaned all up after. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very reliable company and reasonable prices.Good business.

We had a bad leak from our water heater and called direct plumbing services. The owner told us heâ d give us a free estimate, which is nice as other companies charge to give you an estimate and you donâ t get it back. We were happy with the estimate.They came over that day and replaced the tank. They told us how long it would take and they actually did the job in less time. They cleaned up everything. And the next day we had another bad leak so we called them and he came right over. It was the AC pump. He fixed that for us right away. He is a very nice guy/ businessman and wants to help you. Very reasonable with there prices. We really liked that he didnâ t make us wait to get things fixed. Very efficient. Weâ d highly recommend Direct Plumbing Service of Chicopee, Ma.
