It was pleasure working with Damon. He was extremely professional from the beginning through the end of the installation, and worked efficiently and quickly, and yet he did not make us feel rushed when we had questions. He was always on time, and was excellent at communicating with us. We felt appreciated as a customer. We highly recommend A&D Ductless.

I should really show more pictures, but suffice to say this is quality work. AI couldn't find one flaw with it, but only a human could do this. Took 3 days, 7 heads, three compressors. Inexpensive and top tier work with testing and pressurizing and all that jazz. I felt comfortable having Damon in my space, working respectfully and steadily towards job well done. I tried to get the price down in the final moments and we both ended up too afraid of his wife to write the check for anything less than the agreed upon amount. Joking aside, Mitsubishi is worthy of quality installers. You don't buy one of these machines (much less 3) without a guy like Damon standing next to you with a big wire spool and a ladder. Hells to the no.

Damon came and cleaned all 6 of our mini splits and did a great job. Pricing was competitive and he gave us a bunch of good tips being first timers with mini splits. Highly recommend!
