I can’t say enough good things about Garrett R. Gerard Construction. Garrett was on top of everything constantly. He communicates well, understands construction better than anyone I have ever worked with and is extremely easy to deal with. My house is almost 100 years old and a number of issues came up that Garrett and his team had to deal with during the extensive renovations. Garrett and his team did it flawlessly. He is extremely honest and fair. If I had another project, I would use him again without question. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.
Garrett's employee Chris did a really great job installing our kitchen at a reasonable price. Garrett is one of a few contractors that responds quickly, gets you an accurate bid, and even fixed small errors in the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

We hired Garrett to build an attached mudroom and garage to our home. After interviewing many contractors, we decided to go with Garrett. Don't let his age scare you. We found him to be hard working, honest, caring fair and professional. We were very impressed with his quote. Everything was spelled out. None of our other quotes were broken down like Garrett's. During the work if there was any issue, Garrett dealt with it immediately. We would highly recommend Garrett R Gerard Construction and if we build anything again we would definitely use Garrett again.
