The company calls itself a fully licensed drain layer, bonded, licensed and insured, but those are its own statements rather than registry-confirmed facts, so ask for the drain-layer licence for the city your work is in, along with current bond and insurance certificates. Its site lists WBE and MBE certification applications as in process, not granted, so treat those as pending. And one 2024 reviewer gave a single star and said not to use the company without saying what went wrong, which is fair to raise directly. They are the right call for a failing water or sewer service line, particularly when the job needs excavation and street work rather than a plumber's snake. Confirm the licence, bond and insurance in writing, and get restoration of the driveway, lawn or sidewalk written into the quote.
