A Cape Cod Carpenter LLC

A Cape Cod Carpenter is Joe Alsheimer's owner-operated carpentry and home-improvement business, based in Wareham and serving communities including Osterville, Falmouth, and Hingham. Alsheimer says he is a former union carpenter with more than 20 years of experience and built the company around kitchen installations, custom carpentry, and related home work. The Massachusetts registry shows his home improvement contractor license active as of September 19, 2026. The eight Google reviews, all from 2025, repeatedly point to detailed finish work and practical communication. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner described a primary-bathroom project with trim, cabinets, shelving, and a steam-unit access panel, praising the detail and reliability. A June 2025 reviewer described a kitchen renovation that expanded into flooring and bathroom updates, plus rotted-trim replacement, and said Joe explained options and saved money. Another June 2025 review praised replacement windows and accommodating scheduling, while a separate June review highlighted careful kitchen-cabinet work. The company also takes on decks, porches, tile, window and door replacement, and wood-rot repair. It looks suited to homeowners who want one carpenter to handle a focused renovation and its surrounding finish work. Confirm the scope, materials, schedule, and which parts of a larger project will be subcontracted before booking.
