He has previously completed work at my primary residence, numerous times, and the quality of his work, professionalism, and reliability left a lasting impression. Today, he came through for me again in a pinch at one of my rental units, and once again exceeded expectations. Not only did he show up and fix what he initially went out for, but he also returned when I called him in a panic when my delivery/install company refused to install my tenant's new washing machine. Andrew was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient, quickly resolving the issue while keeping me informed throughout the process. When my water heater broke, I knew I wanted to figure out a more efficient upgrade rather than just replace it like-for-like as fast as possible. I called around to five local companies, and Andrew was the only one who took the time to chat with me ahead of time about the different systems, their pros and cons, and what might work best given my particular system. Each other company had a scheduler who just wanted to just get my information and put me on their work schedule as quickly as possible. When Andrew then came to do the work he was great, taking the time to teach me about my system when I asked. At one point he paused in the work to ask me a question about whether I wanted to do a short run with copper or pex because of the parts cost. At the end of the day, working with Andrew is working with someone who is enthusiastic about plumbing, and is an excellent communicator. That's awesome. I'm definitely calling them first next time I need a plumber!
