Grant came to help me set up the plumbing for a dishwasher install today! My experience with him was awesome, I know nothing about plumbing and he took the time to explain to me everything that he's doing. He was very communicative and easy to schedule over the phone/text and was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. He was also just a really helpful and friendly person, he was willing to answer any questions I had and I will be using him for any upcoming plumbing that comes up in my home! I definitely trust his knowledge and I think he did great work!
Grant was very helping. Not only that he fixed my broken toilet tank, he was also patient and answered all of my questions!
We found Grant through a referral and he'll be at the top of our list from now on. We had a broken garbage disposal that turned out to be an easy fix (for him). He could have taken the opportunity to inflate the issue and price, but he was a straight shooter - explained everything and even took the time to provide a quick tutorial. He's also responsive and easy to work with in scheduling and payment. Definitely give him a call.
The plumber arrived on time and fixed a gnarly clog in my bathroom sink quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company.
Grant came to replace our hot water heater and was great. Timely, professional, communicative, and took extra time to answer any questions we had. Clearly he was doing the work properly and was also able to fix our toilet very quickly for a separate issue. Another larger plumbing service came earlier in the week, said the toilet could not be fixed, and then quoted us for a replacement. I would definitely recommend going with Purple Plumbing!
