- Few reviews yet — only a handful on record across sources
A Plus Drains LLC handles the sewer and drain side of plumbing out of Lynn — root-clogged lines, backed-up toilets and sinks, and the preventive cleanings that head off a bigger problem later. Its BBB filing shows the LLC was incorporated in 2011, putting it at roughly 15 years in business, and it lists Boston and East Lynn as its service area by its own account. Its Massachusetts plumbing license is active and verified against the state registry, and its handful of Google reviews all land at five stars. The people who've hired it describe technicians who explain the work and the cost before doing anything extra — a small sample, but a consistent one so far. There's no formal BBB rating yet — the bureau says it doesn't have enough information on file to issue one — and no complaints have been logged there either. The public review trail is still short, so it's worth asking for references on a job similar to yours before booking. For sewer and drain work around Lynn and Boston, the license checks out and the early word is positive; just go in knowing the track record is still being built.

A+ Drains sent Greg to perform a sewer line inspection on my house. Even though it was a non-emergency, Greg arrived, as scheduled within 24 hours of my call.

Greg is extremely professional and knows his work as well as anyone can.

The inspection revealed ample roots in the drain which Greg was able to remove. He communicated clearly about the additional service, it's cost and even provided a discount because it could be performed in one trip, not two.

After clearing the roots, at the 55 yard mark, he encountered an "inverter". It was a large trap to transition to another sewer line at a lower elevation.

It appeared the inspection would end there, leaving my mind to never know about the remaining 150 feet of sewer line.

After a trip back up to ground level, a mental health break (me) a site walk by Greg, his employment of special pipe location machine, we re-entered the basement.

Greg was determined to solve the mystery. Then Greg performed a miracle - he jumped the inverter with his camera (mind you the camera has no steering or elevation controls - only a forward and backward motion through a pipe entry 55 feet upstream, around a corner).

Entry into the 2n'd section of sewer line (150 feet) Greg confirmed that we have clear sailing with no root intrusion.

What is that kind of peace-of-mind worth?

If you want cheap, call someone else.
If you want proper, superior expertise, and a unrelenting attitude to complete the job, A+ Drains is your savior. Ask for Greg.

.

Greg did a great job fixing our washing machine sink drain which backed up. He came within a few hours and fixed it quickly which we very much appreciated.
