In fall paid 50% down for salt cell and heater repair. Pool closed and billed for job (2k total). I paid but then checked cell afterwards and it was not replaced. When I called was told it would be replaced in spring. I asked for parts I paid for but never received them even though Jason said he would drop them off. Spring and summer came but Jason won’t answer or return phone calls or texts that he reads.
