Abair Tree Service

A storm-damaged maple close to a house was the reason one August 2026 customer chose Abair Tree Service. The reviewer described a large limb falling onto the house and a tree cracked beyond saving. They praised the worker’s handling of the size and proximity of the tree, along with removal, debris hauling, stump grinding and final yard cleanup. Abair’s website identifies Jason as owner and says it serves Weare, Concord, Bow and surrounding New Hampshire towns. It advertises tree removal and trimming, hazard-tree work, crane-aided removal, climbing, rigging, forest thinning and view cuts. Another urgent call appears in a June 2026 Google account: a fallen limb blocked access to the driveway and front door. The customer said Jodi answered their questions and Ron arrived within an hour with equipment. Ron cleared a path to the door, and two crew members returned the next day with a chipper and other equipment. A July reviewer described a tree threatening the driveway being removed the day after the quote, followed by cleanup. Larger removals also feature in customer accounts. A May 2026 reviewer described more than 30 trees cut down, cleared and cleaned up, with Ron explaining the process and answering questions. Another customer, writing in May 2026 about work done in November 2025, described approximately 20 trees removed. The job expanded from an initial six or seven trees and required a larger crane to reach trees behind the house; the customer praised the crew’s positioning of that crane on a wooded property with dirt roads. Work around buildings and wires appears in a February 2026 review. That customer said Ron quoted eight trees, explained the approach, and returned with the crew within a week; four more trees were added on the first day. The job involved a house, barn, car shelters and electrical wires, and the customer praised the cleanup. In September 2025, a reviewer described removing hard-to-reach limbs near power lines as well as installing a rock wall and granite mailbox post. A March 2024 customer described five trees removed, four trimmed and work on a maple intended to let more sunlight reach a pool while preserving the tree. Google lists a five-star average from 53 ratings.
