Joe Sa and his son Fabio built a rock and slate wall across the front of a Cambridge house in 2016, and the customer wrote that it drew compliments from the neighbors. A November 2019 customer had pavers, a cedar fence and new steps installed, and singled out the explanation of each task, the fair price and the thorough cleanup. Another customer that month had a border wall roughly 100 feet long built, plus siding, trim and paint replaced — both jobs finished in a timely fashion.
Inside, a November 2019 homeowner hired them to finish an unfinished basement. They worked through the design of the space together, and then the crew framed it, moved wires and pipes, and put in electricity and new plumbing. The newest written account, from June 2021, is a complex renovation where a problem developed mid-job; the customer wrote that the solutions Abiatar came back with met all of their criteria and concerns.
The repeat business is worth noting. An architect wrote in September 2016 that they had completed four projects with Joe and Fabio — three at the office and one for a client — each on time, within a fair budget. Its written record runs 2016 to 2021 across seven Houzz reviews, all of them five-star, and Houzz lists an ICPI certification and a Best of Houzz 2017 Customer Service Award.
