Customers describe him taking on jobs other contractors wouldn't touch — a 2024 review described him rigging a groundwater-removal system by hand-digging trenches to get a liner replacement done despite a flooded excavation, and a 2022 review described him finally solving a 20-year-old pool's persistent water loss after several other companies had passed on the job. Joe was excellent. He fit us in, fixed our issue within an hour (when the other pool business we have used didn't even offer a solution), and replaced something I didn't think even needed to be. Cannot thank him enough!
I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called Joe late on a Friday expecting to leave a message, and he offered to stop by that same evening on his way home. He quickly identified the problem, explained exactly what was going on, and came back the very next day to replace the part we needed. What really stood out was not just the quick response, but the time he took to educate me on the issue instead of just fixing it and leaving. That level of service is hard to find. He’s earned a customer for life. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about taking care of their customers, I highly recommend them.

Was a pleasure meeting Joe we spoke over the phone and I told him my issues with my pool he guide me true with no problem. He was very busy when he found time to be on the phone with me and afterwards we met a finish the issue fixing it.. If you need any work with your above ground or inground pool, this is the place to call five stars .
Joe has been so helpful opening, assessing issues, and closing our pool. As new owners to a pool, we had many questions about maintaining our pool and he took the time to explain everything to us. We’ll definitely be using him for all pool needs going forward!
