Three describe real follow-through problems: in a 2023 review, a customer wrote that after repeated visits to their unit, "absolutely zero work" was done and they had to handle the pest problem themselves. Another 2023 review said mice were still present months after a visit that left a single glue trap under the stove that never caught anything, with no walkthrough or entry-point sealing offered.
