It runs out of 257 Willard Street in Quincy, and BBB's file has it starting in May 2022 with five employees; Angi lists it as veteran owned, naming Jared Spicer and Greg Bailey as the owners. The Angi gallery is the most concrete thing on offer — eighteen jobs with towns and price bands attached: James Hardie siding in Pembroke and Norwell, Ascend composite in Quincy and Bellingham, Trex decking in Lynn, Malden and Medford, vinyl in Newburyport and Watertown. The licences first: BBB's file records a Massachusetts construction supervisor number, CS-110933, running to November 2026, plus a state registration 207576 to February 2027, and Angi repeats the second — those are the directories' own records, so ask to see the current certificates. Then the written history, which is dated: nothing has been posted since 2023, so ask for two or three references from jobs finished in the past year. For an exterior package — siding, a roof, a deck — this is a young Quincy company with an A+ grade from BBB, an unbroken run of five-star 2023 reviews, and photographs of the work behind them. Get the recent references and the paperwork, and you will know quickly whether it still runs the way those reviews describe.
